How we collect your items and bring them back

What the trip costs

You pay only for the journeys we actually make. The bigger your order, the less each one costs — and past a point we bring it back to you for nothing.

Once your order reaches 2500 ETB the delivery back is ours to make. You do not have to ask for it and you are not charged for it — we just need your address.

Where we come to

We drive anywhere within about 8.0 km of the shop, which covers Jijiga town.

Further out than that, you are very welcome to bring your items to either of our counters — or call us and we will tell you honestly whether we can reach you.

Express service

In a hurry? An express order jumps to the front of the queue and is tagged EXPRESS so everyone in the shop can see it.

  • +30% on top of the normal price.
  • Paid in full before we start. Express is the one service with a promised clock on it, so it is settled up front.
  • Worked at top priority, ahead of everything else in the queue.

Ask for express when you place your order, or call us and we will set it up for you.

Collecting from the shop

We text you as soon as your items are ready. Please collect them within a few days if you can — we are a working laundry, not a store room, and the shelf fills up quickly.

You do not have to come at all. On a smaller order, add delivery for 150 ETB when you book and we will bring everything to your door — get on with your day and let us do the running around. Just tell us when you place the order.

If you would rather collect, that is free and always will be. We will remind you a couple of times by text — and if something has come up, call us, there is almost always a way to sort it out.
