Normal Cloth Washing in Jijiga

1. We write down what we received, and sign for it. Reception lists every item and signs the intake before any work begins — that signature is us taking responsibility for your property.
2. The work is done in stages, and each stage is signed off by the person who did it.
3. You can follow it on your phone at every step, and pay from there when you are ready.
4. We record the handover when you collect it or we bring it to you.

If something goes wrong we have a written claims process, not an argument at the counter.

We collect and deliver across Jijiga, within about 8.0 km of the shop. On orders of 2500 ETB or more we bring the finished order back to you at no charge; at 4000 ETB or more the collection is free too.

Below that a trip is 300 ETB, or you are welcome to drop off and collect at the shop. Full pickup & delivery terms.
